About
Hello!I'm Jordan (she/her), a freelance illustrator based in New Zealand. I'm a self-taught artist and I've previously worked in graphic design, web development and in the film industry. My favourite things to draw are illustrations that tell a story, often in a fantasy setting and with a dash of humour included.If I'm not drawing, I'm probably out exploring nature, spending time with my family or reading a good book.I'm currently available for work. These prices are for illustrations intended for personal use only.
For commercial use an additional licence must be purchased, please see my commercial rates at the bottom of the page. Prices may vary depending on what you want to use the artwork for.
Elements such as characters, backgrounds, pets/familiars, detailed weapons or armour may be added to any of the options listed below for an additional fee.
Before I begin work you will need to pay a 50% deposit, and then make a final 50% payment once the commission is complete. Payments are processed via Paypal.

Commercial Rates

* For all licenses (except a Copyright Transfer) the artist retains the right to use the artwork in a portfolio or to advertise their sevices.

Process
Once I know exactly what you need for your commission, I will email you a complete invoice with payment details.
After I’ve received your first payment, I will send through a sketch for your approval. If you need any changes made, I will allow two rounds of revisions at this stage. Please be as specific and thorough as possible as any changes requested after these revisions may incur an additional fee.
When you’re happy with the sketch, I will continue to colour and render out the finished piece. I will update you with lo-res progress images. I’m happy to make minor changes during this stage. Any major changes that will require me to repaint large parts will incur an additional fee (and take extra time).
Once you are happy with the final image and I have received your final payment, I will send you the hi-res print file (PNG format).
Timeframe
Commissions may take between 4-6 weeks to complete. This depends on the complexity of the image, your response time and my current workload. I will keep you updated throughout the process via email.
File Format and Delivery
If you need your image to be a specific size or dimensions, please let me know. When the commission is complete I will provide a high resolution (300dpi) print file in a PNG format via email or Dropbox. I will also provide a low resolution JPEG file, suitable for online use. I can provide files for print if applicable.Files will remain on Dropbox for one month after completion of the commission.
Payment
Before I begin work you will need to pay a 50% deposit, and then make a final 50% payment once the commission is complete. Payments are processed via Paypal.
Terms of Service
By commissioning any artwork from me, you automatically agree to the following terms:
The final product is strictly for personal use, including prints, social media, profile pictures, banners, forums, etc. For commercial use the rights must be purchased. Commissions for personal use are not to be used for profit of any kind.
I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in online galleries, use for publicity, prints, graphics, and merchandise etc.). If you need me to hold off on posting for whatever reason, please let me know.
I will not paint pornographic imagery, or extreme violence or gore.
If you have to terminate the commission at any point for whatever reason, please be aware that you will still have to pay for any amount of work I have completed up to the point of termination.
If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time, for any reason.
My work is not allowed to be used to train AI software. I do not use AI in any part of my workflow.
